Crisp and fresh, this Ritual No. 3 Clear Bath Tea is made with eucalyptus and peppermint along with epsom salts for soothing and muscle relaxation. Eucalyptus has been know to help support respiration and increases optimism. Add the bath tea blend to a reusable cotton bag and tie it up. Hang it under hot running water until your tub is filled, then toss it into the water to continue steeping!
