After purchasing your digital print, Holistic Habitat will email your file to download and save to your computer. If the email has gotten lost in the crush of your inbox, search for the subject line ‘Your downloads are ready’ in your inbox and junk/spam folders. You will receive a digital download for the artwork you purchased in the aspect ratio of the original piece. From there, you may print it and crop it to your liking.
We highly recommend downloading your new file to a computer versus a phone or tablet. Save them to a folder you can remember.
Once you have downloaded the file, you may print the image on your own printer, you may upload the file to the printer of your choice, or save the file to an external drive and take it to your local printer.
Our files are around 25MB @ 350 DPI since most printers will not accept files larger than 25MB. All of our digital files are test printed up to 24” x 36” size for quality assurance.
